Halcyon is a 135-acre mixed-use village located directly off Exit 12 of GA 400 on McFarland Parkway. As the trailhead for Forsyth County’s Big Creek Greenway, Halcyon connects directly to a 12-foot-wide multi-use trail that spans more than 16 miles and allows surrounding neighbors to access the mixed-use village by foot or bike.
Halcyon offers a variety of retail and restaurant options, as well as an Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel. In addition, Halcyon features state-of-the-art office space and is home to Morgan Stanley, among other tenants. The village provides guests unparalleled entertainment options in the area, including a luxury dine-in movie theater and Mercedes-Benz brand experience. The site also features custom homes from Monte Hewett Homes and Empire Communities, as well as luxury multifamily and active adult housing. The next phase of development has commenced and includes a Chick-Fil-A, Chase Bank, and a grocery store.
