Halcyon is a 135-acre mixed-use village strategically located off Exit 12 of GA 400 on McFarland Parkway. Serving as the trailhead for Forsyth County’s Big Creek Greenway, Halcyon provides direct access to a 12-foot-wide multi-use trail that spans over 16 miles, enabling surrounding residents to reach the village on foot or by bicycle.

Halcyon boasts over 20 food and beverage establishments, featuring a food hall, a brewery, and upscale dining options. The central green space hosts more than 150 events annually, attracting over 2 million visitors each year. This mixed-use environment includes an Embassy Suites Hotel, creative office space anchored by Morgan Stanley, and a range of fitness and entertainment options, such as a luxury dine-in movie theater and a Mercedes-Benz brand experience. Additionally, the site offers custom homes developed by Monte Hewett Homes and Empire Communities, along with luxury multifamily and active adult housing. The next phase of development has commenced, which will include a Chick-fil-A, Chase Bank, and Trader Joe’s.
