RocaPoint Partners has selected JLL Southeast Central’s Project and Development Services (PDS) to manage the construction of HALCYON, a mixed-use, $370 million project spanning 135 acres in Alpharetta, Ga.
The new building, designed by Foster + Partners, exemplifies the values of the PGA TOUR by engaging with the surrounding green landscape and creating an uplifting and inspiring environment for its staff, players and visitors alike.
Four more restaurants have signed on as part of Halcyon’s restaurant village in Forsyth County.
Like Alpharetta, Marietta, Snellville, and other places in Atlanta’s suburban reaches, Forsyth County has announced plans for a food-hall concept not unlike trendsetter Krog Street Market.
Cities allow patrons to walk around with open containers to generate buzz in retail spots.
